All sales to list on our website are final and non-refundable. NC Trade-Up does not offer refunds for any purchases made through the website, including our website advertising packages available to sell on our platform.
Sales made from seller to buyer are not conducted through our payor system and are held between buyer and seller outside of our platform. Refunds are to the discretion of each individual seller to refund. We do not have access, or authority to any third party transaction, neither are we liable for the quality of products sold on our platform.
